The Mansfield mill is filling two administrative specialist positions - one in Environmental, Health & Safety and the other supporting our Primary Products and Utilities operating departments. Responsibilities common to both of these positions include:

+ SharePoint site management

+ Data entry and database management

+ Maintain office supplies and pick up materials from off-site when needed

+ Report generation and distribution

+ Special event/meeting planning and execution

+ Creating documents

+ In addition, some tasks are specific to the role:

EHS Administrative Specialist

+ EHS records management (paper and electronic)

+ Permit review and reporting

+ ISN screening, data entry and other Contractor Safety program support

+ Actively participate in Central Safety Committee and serve as team note taker

+ Support iCare program, including running periodic participation reports, scanning observation cards, participating in the steering committee)

+ Setting up courses and entering safety training data in MyLearning (LMS)

+ Fill in at EMT office during emergencies

+ Primary Products/Utilities Administrative Specialist

+ Recordkeeping (permits, rail and truck unloading, inspections and reports)

+ Update training manuals, study materials, procedures and lockouts

+ Manage daily, monthly and quarterly operational reporting

+ Provide general administrative support to operators, first line leaders and manager

Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of five years' administrative experience, with excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and outstanding communication. To be successful in either one of these roles, the individual must willing to help others as needed, adapt easily to frequently changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude. Both positions require a self-starter who can prioritize and complete their own work with little direct supervision. Applicants to this posting will be considered for both of these vacancies.
